1. YOU’RE STRESSED

The brain’s signals always have an effect on the body, which always responds to those signals. Cortisol is the body’s way of telling you that something is wrong. As a result, it retains and accumulates fat in the event of an emergency or starvation.

When you’re under a lot of stress, your body will go to great lengths to keep you safe. As a result, you must pay close attention to this development in order to avoid risking your overall health.

There is no end to the harm that stress may bring to your physical and mental well-being. This is simply the beginning of the weight gain process.

2. YOUR BELLY IS BLOATED
