Multiple Studies Confirm These 6 Turmeric Recipes Can Improve Your Health in 2018

Turmeric is an excellent spice and has been proven to be beneficial for your health in over 7,000 studies conducted around the world.

Aside from various biblical references to the spice, it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years. In fact, it has been well documented that people in China used Tumeric as far back as two thousand years.

Even though turmeric has been quite popular around the world for hundreds of years, Western Medicine has been slow to accept and adopt its various applications.

Over the course of the last 30 years, USA has begun to recognize the amazing benefits of turmeric.

Contemporary Poison

In 2014 alone 42,000 new toxins were discovered in the world.

Where did they come from?

Hiding in the air we breathe, shampoos, toothpaste, cosmetics, cleaning products, water, air fresheners, even the food we consume. Some of the chemicals may be safe, but most of them are harmful as they disrupt our endocrine system — the system responsible for emitting many hormones in our blood to be carried throughout the body.

Also, there are many chemicals that interfere with the function of our primary organs such as our heart, liver, and kidney, and they are of extreme importance to our health.

Although there are a lot of ways in which we can avoid these toxins, we cannot totally remove them. So, it is very important to learn how to purify your body from all the toxins, and nature has excellent foods that are extremely beneficial.

The Incredible Benefits of Turmeric

Authors David Frawley and Prashanti De Hege offer a well-rounded look into the benefits of turmeric in, Turmeric: The Ayurvedic Spice of Life.

According to their book, turmeric has been found to be an effective anti-tumor, bactericide, anti-inflammatory, antiallergenic, insectifuge, fungicide, herbicide, cancer preventative, antibacterial, antiseptic, and antispasmodic.

A report from Dr. Mercola confirms that turmeric is powerful, and it is used in Indian and Chinese medicine for thousands of years. This spice contains curcumin which important pharmacological agent that is very effective in reducing inflammation.

Another advantage is that this agent does not produce toxin consequences like the synthetic drugs do, such as internal bleeding, decreased white blood cell count, and ulcer formation.

Moreover, turmeric is capable of boosting our mental health. Consuming turmeric on a daily basis helps with mental focus and clarity.

Various studies have also determined turmeric has neuroprotective benefits that may treat diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, depression, tardive dyskinesia, epilepsy, etc.

Furthermore, people who are intolerant of dairy may consume turmeric and goat kefir together, so their gut would be healed, and they would now experience the annoying symptoms when exposed to dairy products.

And, a healthy gut means a healthy mood. Why? Some of the most significant boosting and mood stabilizers are in the gut; in fact, 95 percent of the serotonin is in the gut. So, to feel better about yourself, you need to take a good care of your gut.
