Thyme has been popular for centuries and is commonly used to treat ailments ranging from the common cold to high cholesterol.
One cup of thyme tea in every morning will lower the viral load in the body, making it an effective treatment for lupus, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, tinnitus, chronic fatigue syndrome, vertigo, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Thyme Tea Recipe For Sore Throat
Minutes to Prepare: 10
Minutes to Cook: 10
Number of Servings: 1
1c Boiling Water
1t dry or 1T fresh Thyme
1t dry or 1T fresh Sage
1-1 Ginger slices
Honey to taste
1c Boiling Water
1t dry or 1T fresh Tea Herbs
Honey or Natural Sweeteners
Warm teacup with hot water.
Pour away the water.
Put herbs in the cup. Add fresh boiling water and cover.
Leave to steep 3 to 5 minutes. Add more herbs for a stronger flavour.
Steeping too long will make the tea bitter. Use Honey or a natural herbal sweetener like Stevia.
Add ginger slices and/or lemon slice if desired.
