The girl shared that as soon as she got a Muscley and Tiny body, her weight gain was instant. She said it’s like ” gaining 5 pounds of fat for every 10 lost on calories.” despite eating unhealthy meals some days or having no exercise at all.
The decision to become healthier was not an easy one, but Tessa had finally found the willpower within herself. She knew this time would be different than any other before it and so she committed fully to following through with what needed to be done in order for that lifestyle change to happen right away.
