This 3 Ingredient Recipe Treats Clogged Arteries, Infections, And The Common Cold

Don Patrick September 30, 2021

Composed of three healing ingredients, lemon, ginger, garlic – this powerful German born medicine is effective in reducing fat in the blood, and for treating conditions such as clogged arteries, infections, and the common cold.

Here are some health benefits of this remedy:

  • Control of increased blood fat levels.
  • Strengthening of the immune system.
  • Prevention and treatment of arterial congestion.
  • Prevention of fatigue.
  • Prevention and treatment of infections and colds.
  • Prevention of free radicals, which are associated with the most grave diseases.
  • Natural Remedy For Clogged Arteries.

What Does Each Ingredient Do?

  • Garlic helps to fortify the immune system, thereby helping to prevent coughs, cold, and chest infections.
  • Lemons can augment the health of arteries by protecting them from getting clogged. LDL-cholesterol can stick to the walls of your arteries, limiting blood flow and can even result in heart attacks.
  • Ginger is responsible for eliminating stored fat in the blood. Ginger root consumption can help prevent and remove plaque build up.

What you need:

  • 4 large garlic bulbs
  • 4 unpeeled organic lemons
  • 3-4 cm ginger root
  • 2 liters of Clean water

Directions:

  1. Cut the lemons into pieces after washing them.
  2. Peel the garlic.
  3. Mix with ginger and lemon in a blender.
  4. Once blended, empty the mixture into a metal bowl.
  5. Add 2 liters of water into the mixture and heat it until it boils. Stir the mixture until boiling point.
  6. Once it boils, turn off the heat and allow it to cool
  7. Strain your drink using a medium strainer and store it in glass bottles.

Consumption:

Drink 1 glass daily, at least 2 hours before a meal. The lemon and water combination will neutralize the garlic smell. Always shake the bottle well before pouring each drink.
