Japanese Alternative Medicine: The Cure For Your Every Day Ailments Is At Your Literal Finger Tips

Don Patrick August 25, 2021

There is an ancient Japanese alternative medicine method currently on the rise based on the idea that every finger of one’s hand is linked in some way to two organs in the body. The method, Jin Shin Jyutsu, owes its surge in popularity to its effectiveness and speedy results — often felt in just minutes!

Jin Shin Jyutsu helps balance emotions by stimulating certain points in the hands based on the belief that a balance of the body energy is sustained by stimulation of certain essential points of the fingers and consequently physical and emotional health can be promoted.

The method involves grasping a finger of your hand tightly and holding it for at least 3-5 minutes. During this short period of time, you should concentrate on your breathing and try to breathe deeply and slowly. Once you let go of your finger, you should gently massage all your fingers on both of your hands. By doing this, you will target the organ you want to heal.

If you have 3-5 minutes you have time to give this a shot!

Below you will find more information about which finger is connected to which body organ, hence providing a roadmap as to how to heal your ailments.
