Banana Flower Curry Recipe

What you need:

  • Baking pan
  • Cooking Oil
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Green Chillies
  • Ones
  • Chopped banana flower
  • Turmeric, Salt, Hing, Coriander powder, curry leaves

Preparation:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons oil to baking pan
  2. Add mustard seeds, apply heat
  3. Once it sputters, add some chopped green chilies and onions, fry them well
  4. Add chopped banana flour
  5. Add a pinch of turmeric, salt, Hing, coriander powder, curry leaves
  6. Add a little water to the pan and cover with a lid for 5 mins.
  7. Add grated coconut and stir
  8. Enjoy!!
