We all know that water is necessary for our survival, though most of us don’t stop to view it as a natural source for “flushing away” bad substances from our bodies.

The fact is, the more water you drink, the faster the toxins will be flushed from your body through your urinary tract.

To jumpstart your cleanse, try adding 2 tbsp of organic apple vinegar to one gallon of water, shake it, and consume daily when you wake in the morning.

  1. Avoid Refined Sugars

Refined sugars and artificial sweeteners block the body’s natural metabolism and build up glucose in the blood. Thus creating a vicious cycle of weight gain, as well as a chance of getting diabetes and heart diseases. Swapping to organic brown sugar, maple syrup, and other healthy sweeteners will do the trick. You will notice that your body to expel sugar when your cravings for sweets begin to grow.

Toxins and toxic substances enter your house through open windows, on our shoes, and through the vents. It is important to regularly purify the air, dust, and clean the floor with a wet mop to combat the elements.
